Maxvolt Energy has announced its entry into the lithium battery recycling sector with the launch of its subsidiary, Maxvolt ReEarth. The venture is dedicated to creating a sustainable, closed-loop value chain by managing the entire battery lifecycle—from second-life applications to the recovery of critical minerals like lithium, cobalt, and nickel. Led by a specialised team of IIT alumni, Maxvolt Energy aims to reduce dependency on virgin raw materials and support the long-term growth of India’s electric vehicle and clean energy industries through advanced hydrometallurgical extraction and mechanical processing.
